Working mainly in oils and watercolours I draw my inspirations from the effects of sunlight upon natural and man made landscapes . I consider my paintings a success if they convey the contrasting feelings of the comforting warmth of summer sun or the cold crisp freshness of winter light. Above all else however I have to enjoy the production process of the as I know this will reflect in the finished artwork.
